Design and Engineering

After the initial walk through of a facility a Techdocent integrator will analyze all the pertinent information and make the recommendation(s) necessary for the right solution. This information is used to determine the proper design, application and equipment for your business.

Techdocent understands the need for a proper design for the majority of integrated systems. This has evolved as a result of more complex, integrated technology and interactions within, and between businesses. Design and engineering, help define the overall development and functionality of systems. This also builds a framework, standard and guideline for most applications that deliver the required functionality of integrated systems.

Onsite Project Management (PM)

The PM oversees all projects from start to finish. The PM is the liaison between you, operations and the installation team. The PM ensures projects are managed and coordinated, which allows you to focus on what matters most to you and your business.

Maintain Project Schedules, Meetings and Dailies/Weeklies

Techdocent will ensure projects are scheduled in a timely manner. Meetings will be held to keep you informed on the progress and status of project(s).

Installation and Integration
The installation and integration are the two most important aspects of a successful project.

  • Installation phase
    The installation phase is physically connecting or installing all the equipment, such as wired or wireless systems.
  • Integration phase
    Once all the components have been installed, the Integrator will make sure all the electronic components will communicate and function properly based on your solution and application.


Training is essential once the system has been installed. Our certified and trained staff will coordinate with you and go over the functionality of the new system.


Programming a system is performed in accordance to manufacturer’s specifications and can be customized to our client’s needs.


Commissioning all projects assures all new systems are designed, installed, tested, operated, and maintained according to the operational requirements of the end-user or final client.


Techdocent has service maintenance packages which can help with periodic and preventative maintenance checks on your system(s). If a system is defective or non-operational, Techdocent can provide service calls as part of your monthly service.
